 | excellent stay. by Openseas The Lasseters Casino is located in the Casino and within walking distance to town (approx 10 – 15mins). It’s also backs onto the MacDonnell Ranges and the Golf Course. Other hotels are a few minutes away like the Crowne Plaza and the Desert Palm Hotel.  | CLIMB THE ROOF ! by DAO They have a rooftop coffee shop, but they also have a roof top you can literally climb onto where they have the water tanks mounted. I am sure they do not want you to do this, but who’s looking? The very best view of the Old Town at night is up here. The great thing about travel may be seeing the world through a different lens, but that doesn't mean the view is always pretty. With this in mind, the travel experts at VirtualTourist.com have come up with a list of "The World's Top 10 Ugliest Buildings and Monuments."
