The ACT is no better than other places in this regard and hides radar-equipped vans, usually on wide safe roads, in places where they cannot be seen until too late.  | Scenic Seward by PA2AKgirl From Anchorage, Seward is a day trip (125 miles/ 200 km) and any time of the year. We went down in the winter and while some of the larger activities were not available, it didn’t really matter. Seward is a very cute town and during the warmer months, a tourist attraction but still, not a trap by any means. The town reminds me of Sitka, directly on the water and surrounding by mountains. The great thing about travel may be seeing the world through a different lens, but that doesn't mean the view is always pretty. With this in mind, the travel experts at VirtualTourist.com have come up with a list of "The World's Top 10 Ugliest Buildings and Monuments."
