 | Lake Bogoria, a nice and tranquil place by sachara At the southern end of the Lake Bogoria are two campsites without facilities. So you have to bring your own supplies. We stayed at Acacia, a nice shady campsite with a splendid view at the lake. We were the only visitors. We walked along the lakeside and visited a spring of 40 degrees C for a bath.  | Maasai village, school by sachara When we visited the Masai Village, we could also meet the teacher of the local outdoor school with his pupils. The kids of all ages of the primary school were sitting in a row at small benches on the dusty ground with only a little bit shade of a few small trees. The Maasai teacher explained us about the school and how he managed to give the lessons in these very basic circumstances. [read more] |
